Dr. B has NEVER been much of a cook, but in the past 6 months, has collected healthy EASY recipes that she now makes for her family. In case you are looking for a few quick recipes, consider one of the following. Have been tested and approved by children aged 10-13 years!
Talapia Pesto

4 pieces Talapia (great from Costco)
1 small jar tomatoe pesto sauce
olive oil spray

Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with olive oil. Place 4-5 spoons of pesto sauce on bottom of pan. Place Talapia in pan and pour rest of pesto sauce over the fish. Bake at 350 degrees until fish is done. Serves 4. (approved by a non- seafood eating teenager!)


Dina's Dynamite Salmon

Fresh Salmon (again...Costco!)
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
olive oil
dried dill

Rub olive oil on each side of the salmon. Mix sugar and salt together and then rub mixture onto each side of salmon. Cut salmon into serving sized portions. Sprinkle with dried dill. Broil for 7 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other. (Also excellent when grilled).
